What constitutes a ‘server’?
A counted server (i.e., one that counts toward your plan) is any physical, virtual, or cloud server that is protected by Dome9 – either via the Dome9 agent or via a Dome9 network security policy.

Does Dome9 charge at the beginning or end of the month?
We charge at the beginning of each month for the entire month. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, but your change will be effective in the next billing cycle.

Do I have to enter a credit card?
No – when you sign up for a Dome9 SecOps trial, your first 14 days are free and do not require you to enter a credit card. Once you are ready to subscribe, there are many ways to pay. A credit card is one of them.

What if I don’t sign up for a plan before my 14-day trial ends?
If you don’t select a plan and provide a credit card number before your trial ends, you’ll be downgraded automatically to a 5-server plan with reduced functionality.

If I sign up in the middle of the month, when and how much will I be charged?
If you sign up through Dome9.com, your first 14-days are always free regardless of the plan you choose. After that, you’ll need to select a plan and enter a payment method. If you sign up towards the end of a month, 14-days later you’ll receive a prorated charge for the remaining days in that month (e.g., 20 days).

Can I signup with Dome9 on a non-annual basis?
Yes, you can. Dome9 is also available on a month-to-month basis. It is also available on a utility basis (per server per hour. In either case, contact us to adjust your billing model.

How do I discontinue my account?
To discontinue your service, contact accounts@dome9.com.
